Overview The Gran Hotel Roca Nivaria is the newest of the Adrian family’s quality hotels, the others being the Colon Guanahani and Jardines de Nivaria in the Fanabe area of Costa Adeje. Built to the same exacting standards in a minimalistic design with great attention to detail, this spacious resort offers an all-inclusive option, and consists of a main central building housing reception and public areas, leading from which are the accommodation wings. Location The sunny and tranquil resort of Playa Paraiso on the west coast of Tenerife is the setting for this hotel, which enjoys a convenient ocean front location with breathtaking views. There are a few restaurants, cafes and shops in the vicinity, and the Playa Fanabe is just a ten minute drive away.
Relaxation The two swimming pools, one seawater (heatable) and one freshwater, are set in lush and extensive gardens amidst sub-tropical plants, fountains, and waterfalls. There is a whirlpool and plenty of sun-loungers, tables and umbrellas. A poolside snack bar serves refreshments during the day, whilst in the evening and at night, the 2 indoor bars are open for drinks.
Sports/Games 2 floodlit tennis courts are available at the hotel, together with a paddle court and a multi-sports area. Beach volleyball, giant chess, a putting green and mountain bike hire also on-site. At the beach nearby, water sports can be arranged, as can tee times and concessionary green fees at several of the island’s golf courses.
Dining The main restaurant, Garoe, with its large terrace and stunning sea views, features an international buffet; a la carte dining is on offer at the Burgos Spanish and Verona Italian thematic restaurants. For lunch and snacks, visit the pool restaurant Ahemon.

Special Features The magnificent “Azules de Nivaria” Spa offers 1800 square metres of treatments and circuits with a large Jacuzzi, hydro-massage pool, sauna, Turkish bath, steam rooms etc. A wide range of health and beauty programmes is available. There is a shuttle bus to Fanabe beach about 10 minutes away; nearer at hand, a purpose built sandy beach is accessed by lift.
