Overview Formerly known as the Melia Puerto de la Cruz, this well established and popular hotel is one of the smartest in the north, and having been regularly modernised over the years, has kept pace with the latest trends. The public rooms feature marble floors, attractive décor and lighting, whilst the bedrooms’ decoration and soft furnishings give a very welcome feel.
Location In the La Paz residential area; on the hillside overlooking the resort with stunning views of Puerto and Mount Teide. Steps and paths make for a pleasant walk down to the centre in about 15 mins. Regular courtesy bus to town centre 5 days a week.
Relaxation Sun terraces and sub-tropical gardens around the two pools (one heated) with many shady spots under the palms. Day-time drinks and snacks are available from the pool bar, with main bar and spacious lounge inside.
Sports Tennis court, table tennis and pool table.
Dining The hotel offers half board and an all inclusive option (see panel). Main dining room with extensive hot and cold buffet for breakfast and dinner. During the day, snacks and light meals are available at the pool bar.
Entertainments Regular programme of live music for dancing and professional shows usually three times per week.

Accommodation 300 nicely furnished rooms and junior suites, with private bathroom, air conditioning, safe deposit box and minibar (both chargeable), satellite TV, direct dial telephone and balcony.
