Overview Adjacent to the promenade, forming three sides of a square, these up-to-the-minute hotels share similar characteristics and are sold as one, except for rooms/suites with sea view which are available in the Cleopatra Palace only.

Relaxation Between the trio is the Romanesque-style marble pool and jacuzzi and terrace equipped with sun-beds and shades. The larger pool and terrace of the Mediterranean Palace are also available to guests, as is the naturist Adan y Eva pool and terrace. Inside, various lounge areas.

Accommodation 199 bedrooms at the Cleopatra and 116 at each of the Marco Antonio and Julio Cesar. All are luxuriously equipped with bathroom, hairdryer, minibar, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, and balcony. Superior options include rooms with sea view, de luxe rooms and suites with or without private plunge pool on a solarium/terrace. 24-hour room service.

The Best In all three hotels, suites with private plunge pool are available. Set in your own terrace, you can enjoy a cooling dip while relaxing in your private space.

One of the most complete and well-run resorts on Tenerife, Mare Nostrum includes no less than five hotels, an impressive choice of themed restaurants,
an entertainments centre and a superb spa to tone mind and body. Add to this, excellent sports facilities as well as children’s clubs for different age groups, and it’s difficult to think of a holiday activity not catered for.


Described below are the overall facilities and features of the resort.

Location At the southern end of Playa de las Americas, adjacent to the promenade, which stretches round the bay to Los Cristianos, and the recently extended beach. Close by is an excellent shopping centre, as well as a wide choice of restaurants, cafeterias and bars.

Bars/Dining Within the resort, guests of Hotels Cleopatra, Marco Antonio, Julio Cesar and Sir Anthony staying on half or full board have a choice of 8 speciality restaurants for lunch and/or dinner (flexible on a daily basis); plus, for a modest supplement, the option of dinner in the Sir Anthony's Windsor Restaurant, or dinner, dance and show at the Piramide Restaurant. Guests of the Mediterranean Palace, will pay a supplement to eat in any of the other Resort restaurants. The Club House will make reservations for guests. There is bar service by day at each of the pools and in the evenings each hotel except the Julio Cesar has its own piano bar.

Entertainment
Evening live music in piano bars of hotels Cleopatra and Sir Anthony from 20h00 to 23h00. After dinner in Salon Imperial, live band followed by a 45 minute show (different each night) and live band again until midnight. Also Opera Dinners in Restaurante La Piramide, where guests can also enjoy a theme night once a week. There is a wide variety of entertainment for adults and children including sports activities, dance lessons and theme parties.
Sports Tennis courts, mini-golf, aerobics, multi-gym (charge), mountain bikes, football, volleyball, French boules and archery. For golfers, the resort has special arrangements with 4 courses for discounts and pre-booked tee-off times.

Special Features Mare Nostrum Spa Centre with discounts for guests on health and beauty treatments. Sea trips on the Mare Nostrum’s own glass bottomed boat the “Lady Shelley” at special rates.
For Children Mini Clubs Willy (4 to 8 years); Sailors (9 to 12) and Surfers (13 to 16). Playground, plus pools at the Mediterranean Palace and one next to the Romanesque Pool. Children’s menu. Baby-sitting arranged (charge).
