Location The Costa d ’Or benefits from a truly peaceful position high above the sea, reached by a pathway through the hotel’s own pine wood. There are shops, cafés and restaurants in the village of Deya. Whilst not essential, a hire car is recommended due to the relatively secluded location. It’s about 8 kms from the old town of Soller, from where the train ride to Palma is well worthwhile ; you can also take a rattly old tram to the port of Soller.
Relaxation One of the outstanding features of the hotel is the free form swimming pool and its delightful terrace which affords splendid views out to sea. Sun loungers, parasols and a towel service are provided. There is a tastefully furnished lounge bar.
