Overview This delightful, luxurious retreat has established a reputation as a tranquil hideaway in delightful Cala San Vicente. Most accommodation is in spacious junior suites, each with a terrace. The whole hotel, tastefully converted from a private mansion, with an accommodation wing added, is filled with original paintings by famous artists and hand-picked furnishings to create the atmosphere of a country house.
Location Adjacent to fields and pine groves in pretty Cala San Vicente, just about a 10 minute stroll from the heart of the resort, where there is a good choice of restaurants and cafés and 400 metres to one of Cala San Vicente’s beaches. Puerto Pollensa is just a 10 minute drive away when in need of more shops.
Relaxation Main outdoor pool, plus a small plunge pool, with surrounding sun terrace equipped with sun loungers, parasols and towels. There is a bar service by the pool on the terrace, and in the main lounge. Card room and library.
Sports Pollensa golf course (9-hole) 10 kms away. Bicycle hire.
Dining Extensive breakfast buffet, from 8-11a.m., usually on the terrace, with hot dishes freshly cooked. Lunchtime snacks available. Guests can dine in the restaurant Cristal, which is opened exclusively to hotel guests. Dinner à la carte. Variety of meat and fresh fish (to be ordered in advance).
Entertainments None in-house - it’s not that kind of hotel.
Special Features Owned by a very experienced hotelier for whom La Moraleja is the realisation of a long-time dream. His other hobby is classic cars, and the hotel houses his magnificent collection.
