Location The hotel enjoys its own quiet spot at the end of the promenade stretching along the seafront of Puerto del Carmen. Its sub-tropical gardens, full of shady palms, lead down to a small cove with the main beach, Playa Grande, just beside the hotel. Many local restaurants, cafeterias and shops provide ample attractions for an evening stroll.
Relaxation Sun terraces and gardens around the pool provide space for quiet contemplation, sheltered by leaning palms, and there are complimentary sunbeds available with towel service. The beach just below is also a relaxing spot. The friendly pool bar serves a variety of drinks, and inside there is a cocktail bar and lounge.
Sports/Games Floodlit tennis court and mini-golf. Squash court and gymnasium at the adjacent Suite-Hotel Fariones Playa. For a small charge scuba-diving is available. Horse riding and water sports in the vicinity.
Dining Breakfast and lunch are served buffet style, with the evening meal served by waiter with a choice of menu. The restaurant also offers an à la carte service.
Entertainments The lounge features regular live music and guests are welcome to join the frequent evening entertainments at the adjacent Fariones Playa.

Fariones Sports Centre
Situated just 100 metres away from the beach, and directly in front of the Hotel Los Fariones. The sports centre occupies some 14,000 square metres, and offers the very latest equipment and installations available.
There are 5 tennis courts with poliuthan surfaces and one of them has tiered seating for spectators. Also available are squash, paddle tennis, fronton court, gymnasium, and a room for aerobics and dancing.
A heated fresh water swimming pool with children’s section is at the heart of the complex, with children’s playground, table tennis and minigolf also available. For relaxation, a jacuzzi, sauna and massage.
Guests at Los Fariones enjoy a discount off the normal public tariff for use of sports facilities at the Fariones Sports Centre.
