Overview A distinctly Moorish style of architecture characterises the Sandy Beach, built in the eighties on the theme of the fairy tale “1001 nights” and regularly renovated over the years. With a choice of above average size room types, the hotel provides a comfortable base for a restful holiday.
Location Right in the centre of Playa del Ingles yet only 200 metres from the golden sands, the hotel is one of the closest to the broad beach in the whole resort. Shopping centres are within an easy stroll, and buses stop nearby for connections to all parts of the island.
Relaxation The large heatable fresh water swimming pool is surrounded by sub tropical gardens and terraces with sunbeds and parasols, and the pool bar is open during the day for cool drinks. Air conditioned lounges inside, and a saloon bar. Naturist area on 10th floor terrace.

Dining Big buffet breakfast including dietary products on the terrace from 0800 to 1030, and an earlier continental breakfast is available from 0500 to 0800. An à la carte lunch is served in the snack bar on the terrace from 1300 to 1530, and dinner is a hot and cold buffet with barbecue on the terrace from 1800 to 2130. In the winter, a gala dinner is held every two weeks.
