Thalassotherapy is one of the oldest, most natural and effective anti-stress treatments in the world, and is based on bathing in sea water heated to a temperature of 37 degrees centigrade. At this temperature, elements like iodine, sulphur, calcium and magnesium found in large quantities in sea water, can be absorbed by the body through the skin.

The Gloria Palace features a Thalassotherapy Centre, with large “get in shape” pools with a relaxing circuit of hydromassage, underwater showers, bubbling baths, alga-therapy thermal baths, massage and acupuncture.
