Location The hotel is situated adjacent to the Atlantic Ocean, about 100 metres from the nearest beach next to the Natural Park, and 1,000 metres from the famous dunes. The resort of Corralejo itself is some 1.5 kms away. The views to Lobos Island and Lanzarote are quite spectacular.
Relaxation Two lagoon style freshwater swimming pools, both heated according to season, are integrated into the sun terrace and garden area, with loungers, tables, parasols and towel service for those long days in the sun. Cool and extensive public areas within the hotel offer the opportunity to take it easy, in luxurious surroundings. “El Mirador” is the reception bar/lounge offering bar service and traditional afternoon tea, whilst Bar Boheme is the piano bar open in the evening.
Sports/Games A good range of watersports, including windsurfing and sailing, takes place from the beaches.
Dining ‘La Alacena’ is the principal restaurant, for delicious buffet breakfasts and evening meals featuring show cooking. Try al fresco eating on the terrace! Three à la carte restaurants. ‘Il Giardinetto’ for classic Italian dishes and fine wines, ‘La Cupula’ is the hotel’s gourmet restaurant, and ‘Yamatori’ serves Japanese dishes. The Beach Club ‘Las Palmeras’ offers lunches and light refreshments throughout the day. Please note that a dress code applies in the evenings in the restaurants and public areas.
Entertainments ‘La Boheme’ is the entertainment lounge with the ideal environment in which to sip a drink and enjoy the regular professional shows and live music.
Special Features An area of 3,000 square metres houses the ‘Bahia Vital Spa’ which includes the Spa itself with various water features, the Fitness Centre with the latest equipment, and the Beauty Treatment Centre with a range of facial and body treatments available and hairdressing salon. Free entrance to the Spa (treatments are payable). (NB - The minimum age for entry into the Spa is 16 years.) There is a free daily courtesy bus service to the famous Dunes and National Park.
