Relaxation The resort offers three outdoor swimming pools, one of which is heated as appropriate, and one for children within the extensive garden area. The poolside bar “El Mirador” and the tapas bar “El Rincon” are open in summer, with the open fireplace of the “Ajama” lounge bar a focal point whilst sipping an aperitif or after dinner drink all year round.
Sports The 27-hole championship course (3x9 holes), designed by Manuel Pinero, allows various combinations to sustain interest. Other golfing attractions include three putting greens, driving range and Pro Shop; La Quinta International Golf Academy offers various programmes for both beginners and advanced players. Dining The charming “Los Arcos” restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the attractive gardens and pool. Breakfast is offered buffet style with a selection of hot and cold dishes; lunch is available à la carte; and dinner is waiter-served. The “Kaede” Japanese Restaurant on the top terrace with panoramic views has attracted much favourable comment from hotel guests and locals since its inauguration, and is well recommended.
