Location
Just to the east of Porches, famous for its ceramics, and close to the well-known resort of Armacao de Pera, the hotel is also convenient for the market town of Lagoa and the more lively Carvoeiro. The property is set on low cliffs above a delightful sandy beach.

Relaxation
Two outdoor swimming pools in 20 hectares of park and gardens with man-made lakes and sun terraces, with sun loungers, parasols and towel service. Additionally, there is an indoor/outdoor heated pool. Numerous bars in and around the hotel which cater for all requirements at most times of the day and evening. Beautifully and tastefully furnished public rooms.

Sports
Five tennis courts, seasonal watersports at a nearby beach (June-September), nine hole pitch and putt, driving range, volleyball court and mini-golf. Tennis and golf lessons can be arranged. Dining
An impressive choice of restaurants: at the Clubhouse, the heart of the hotel, the Aladin Grill and the Atlantico Restaurant with terrace and ocean view, offer à la carte dining at its best. The Whale poolside restaurant is another à la carte option, ideal for families and offering Italian trattoria-style dishes. The intimate, Michelin-starred Ocean Restaurant is located in the Residence. On the beach at Armacao de Pera a beach restaurant called Arte Nautica is for lunchtime and evening light meals. The Piazetta houses the Adega Restaurant and the Bela Vita offers international à la carte dining.

The fabulous Annabella’s Kids Park is open all year round to a seasonal timetable, for 4-11 year olds at no extra charge. The facilities include a large activity/play room with games and toys plus an extensive playground with swings, sandpit, trampoline etc all supervised by a dedicated trained team. Lunch by the Whale Restaurant and dinner in the Kids Park can also be enjoyed (charged as taken). Natalie’s Creche for children 6 months-3 years is also open as above, and can be booked by the hour, half or full day (charges on request). Individual baby-sitting can be arranged around the clock (charges on request). Reservations for Kid’s Park and the creche should be made at the time of booking. Baby sitting should be booked a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

Accommodation
Vila Vita Parc comprises 167 deluxe rooms and suites. All have bathroom, robes, hairdryer, air conditioning, direct-dial telephone, minibar, safe-box (no charge), satellite TV, CD player, and balcony with garden or ocean view. Accommodation, according to type, is in the Main Building, the exclusive and adult-only Residence and the Oasis Parc villa-style wings that meander through the gardens.

The Main Building is where the Deluxe Double rooms are situated. Each has a divided living and sleeping area, plus balcony or terrace with garden or ocean view and are for 2 or 3 persons.

The exclusive Residence is for couples only. Here are Veranda Suites, with bedroom and split-level living room. Each has a large furnished balcony with either garden or ocean view. The Residence also houses the Garden Suites, also with bedroom and split-level living room, that opens onto a furnished terrace and generously-sized private garden area with stunning garden or ocean view.

Oasis Parc offers One Bedroom Garden Suites, which are open plan, on the ground floor with either garden or ocean view. They accommodate up to 2 adults plus one child under 13 years old. Also here, are the newly-renovated One Bedroom Suites with Roof Top Terrace, for couples seeking a romantic hideaway. The open-plan suites offer the advance of a private roof-top terrace with Jacuzzi, daybeds, loungers and a spectacular ocean view.

Ideal for families of four, are Oasis Parc’s Two Bedroom Garden Suites, located in very quiet surroundings of the resort, they feature an open-plan main bedroom, a second twin-bedded room and two bathrooms. They open onto the extensive gardens.

Vista Parc Apartments Outside the boundary of Vila Vita Parc, and approximately a 7 minute stroll to the hotel reception, the apartments are spacious and very nicely furnished. They have 2 bedrooms (one with bathroom, one with shower room) large lounge/diner, kitchen and a furnished roof-top terrace. Guests have full use of Vila Vita’s facilities.
